Raise3D RMF500

The Raise3D RMF500 is an industrial FFF 3D printer created for flexible and cost-effective manufacture.
Due to the redefined technology, the machine offers repeatable positioning accuracy,
stable extrusion rate, an accelerated print speed up to 300 mm/s,
and a capacious build volume of 500 x 500 x 500 mm.
All these features make the RMF500 a powerful device able to produce top quality parts in an extremely efficient manner.

Being a high-performance industrial 3D printer, the RMF500 surprisingly brings
cost-effectiveness to a whole new level. The machine does not have a heated chamber,
which results in reduced power consumption of less than 3 kW — 60% lower than competitors.
Moreover, the Raise3D fiber-reinforced filaments used by the device combine advanced
properties with an affordable price.

Among other smart features, the machine is fitted with independent dual extrusion system,
all-steel structure frame, automated bed leveling, autonomous filament switch function,
a PEI build plate with Vacuum Manifold, 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm nozzle options, high-resolution touchscreen,
and a built-in camera for remote monitoring purposes.

Due to its main properties and smart features, the RMF500 will provide great
possibilities for small-batch production in the industrial sector.

Print quality

The Raise3D RMF500 can print layers as thin as 50 microns.
This way you can produce high quality parts with smooth exterior surfaces. 

The machine is engineered with a linear motor-driven system providing exact synchronization of the elements.
This ensures an increased speed over 1000 mm/s² and high precision of printing.

The RMF500 boasts silicon carbide nozzles with a hardness of over 60 HRC that are
resistant to high temperatures and abrasion caused by carbon fiber and glass fiber materials.
Besides, the extruders have a heating capacity of up to 300 W, making for a smooth
and stable extrusion rate of 500 g/hr.

Materials

The RMF500 uses 1.75 mm filament, providing you with a wide choice of fiber-reinforced thermoplastics,
including PA12 CF, PPA CF, PET CF, and PPS CF.

The printer has four filament cartridges with a maximum load of 2.5 kg.
They come with the automatic switching function and positive pressure humidity control below 5% RH.

As the Raise3D RMF500 is aimed at cost-effectiveness, it guarantees maximum performance
from each filament spool. Apart from this, the manufacturer continues to expand material choices.

It is also worth mentioning that every fiber-reinforced filament from Raise3D has a
paired support material, the use of which results in perfectly smooth surfaces.

Build volume

The RMF500 has a massive build volume of 500 x 500 x 500 mm regardless
of the number of extruders employed. It allows you to print a single large model or
simultaneously produce several smaller ones.

Printer controls

The Raise3D RMF500 features a 13.3" full-color touchscreen with a clear user-friendly interface.
The machine features Wi-Fi, LAN, and USB connectivity for an effortless standalone operation.
It also has a built-in live camera for remote monitoring.

The printer utilizes a dedicated slicing software called ideaMaker.
It comes with an advanced toolset for all necessary operations with 3D models as
well as a number of automated parameters for easy optimization. 

The program works with STL, OBJ, 3MF, and OLTP file formats.
The ideaMaker slicer runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Look and feel

The Raise3D RMF500 is available in a gray-and-white color scheme.
Its stylish look will decorate any workshop or maker lab.
