The DF2 solution meets the demand for individual small-batch production and offers

Smart printing
The DF2 3D printer uses the Raise3D Air-Peel technology.

The DF2 printer’s intelligent build plate integrates seamlessly with post-processing devices
through embedded RFID tags. These tags record important information,
including the resin type, wash and post-cure settings.
This integration allows operators to control the washing and post-curing phases

DF Cure – This post-cure station features a robust solution with multiple versatile UV curing (LED 365/385/405 nm, mixed) and heating profiles (air heating up to 120ºC), enabling traceable and customizable processes. Heat-resistant gloves and a tray are included for improved usability.
Automatic Feeding Station - The Raise3D Auto-Feeding Station serves as an automated hardware extension for the DF2 3D printer. Their job is to make it easier to handle the resin filling processes efficiently. Equipped with an ultrasonic module for liquid level detection and automatic dosing, the automatic feeding station automatically replenishes the material when a shortage is detected. This device is only compatible with the DF2 3D printer.
