The G5 Pro is an advanced industrial 3D printer developed by Piocreat.
Its cost-effective and highly productive 3D printing technology meets the demands of high printing speed,
Precision and the processing of different materials. Equipped with an innovative print head unit and
A magnetic spring steel platform, the G5 Pro offers both automatic and assisted leveling.
It has a wide range of applications in areas such as teaching, research, mold making and sculpture.
FGF technology (Fused Granulate Fabrication)
The G5 Pro is based on FGF technology, an additive manufacturing process similar to FDM printing.
FGF uses thermoplastics in granular form that enter an extrusion system via a funnel.
There they are heated, liquefied and extruded through a nozzle into the desired shape.
This method is particularly cost-effective because granules are used directly instead of filament,
which makes its use for industrial applications attractive.
Advanced nozzle technology
The newly developed screw extrusion nozzle ensures a stable and even material flow.
With a maximum nozzle temperature of 450°C and flexibly selectable nozzle diameters of 0.4
up to 3.0 mm, the printer enables precise and efficient extrusion.
Multi-material printing
The G5 Pro is compatible with a wide range of granulate materials. It supports reusable and adaptable materials,
which makes it particularly flexible in the choice of materials.
Magnetic spring steel platform
The heated spring steel magnetic platform reaches temperature in just 1 minute and 57 seconds
of 60°C, which significantly reduces the waiting time. In comparison, conventional printers take almost three times as long.
After printing, the model can be easily removed by simply bending the platform.
Advantages of an FGF printer
Mold Making: Reduces costs and saves time.
Sculpture: Perfect for creating artwork, digital sculptures and model landscapes.
Education and Research: Ideal for teaching and materials science research.
Industrial Applications: Makes stencils, structural parts, and other industrial components.
