Anisoprint PETG Transparent
CLEAR PETG
A durable polyether-grade thermoplastic used for the Anisoprint Composer
3D printing was developed
MATERIAL ADVANTAGES
Easy printing, high adhesion between layers and low shrinkage make the
printing process smoother. The material reliably prints strong, thin-walled parts
with high interlayer strength - also with some cooling.
A good bonus: no odor, low absorption rate, transparent with visible internal structure,
well suited for carbon fiber composite grids. Clear PETG has a wide working
temperature range: -40°C to +70°C, good durability against fats and mineral acids.
Can be co-printed with CFC-PETG based composites.
CHARACTERISTICS
In terms of mechanical properties, the material is a good all-rounder,
suitable for printing permanent parts that require geometric accuracy.

PRINT POLICIES
Make sure you're using the latest version of Aura and your composer is
properly calibrated before printing.
TEMPERATURE
Clear PETG prints best at temperatures between 235 and 240°C.
This plastic is intended for use in the FFF extruder on A4/A3 models.
SPEED
We recommend 20-60 mm/s for a standard Composer setup.
For external shells, slow down to improve surface quality.
When printing to an FFF extruder (composer extruder for plastic printing only)
we recommend 40-55 mm/s and for the first layers and outer shells - 25 mm/s or less.
DRYING AND STORAGE
To avoid excessive moisture absorption, the material should be stored in a cool,
be stored in a dry place. The simplest and very effective method is
Put silica gel in the sealed bags with the filament. Clear PETG can without
Drying can be stored for weeks (depending on humidity) without affecting the print quality.
If it has absorbed some moisture, we recommend storing the material in a drying box
to print or simply dry the plastic at 60°C for 4 hours.
