Creality Nozzle Set for K1/K1 Max
This nozzle set from Creality was specially developed for the K1 and K1 Max (2023)* 3D printers.
The set comes with two types of nozzles:
► Copper alloy nozzles
The copper alloy nozzles have high thermal conductivity and high flow, making them ideal for high-speed printing.
Thanks to the high thermal conductivity (330 W/mk), these nozzles achieve more even nozzle heating,
and the larger volume supports high printing speeds of up to 600 mm/s.
The nozzles are nickel-plated to prevent material sticking and ensure smoother extrusion.
The copper alloy nozzles are temperature-resistant up to 500 °C.
► Hardened steel nozzles
The nozzles made of hardened steel (Mohs hardness of 7.8) are characterised by high hardness,
wear resistance and a longer service life. Thanks to an innovative heat treatment process
and better oxidation protection, the nozzles have excellent corrosion resistance.
The nozzles made of hardened steel are temperature-resistant up to 450 °C.
Their special processing ensures that high-temperature filaments are heated quickly and extruded evenly:
- Smooth inner wall to prevent clogging: The nozzle inner wall has a roughness degree of Ra<0.4
- to increase the flowability of the filament and ensure smooth extrusion;
- Precise opening without burrs for smooth feeding;
- Flat surface and seamless connection to prevent filament leakage.
