High thermal conductivity and uniform heating
The 360° ceramic heater not only improves heating efficiency, but also ensures more even heating and faster heat transfer.
Tip: The heater reaches a temperature of 200 °C after just 40 seconds.
High Speed and High Flow
With a high flow rate of 32 mm³/s and an enlarged nozzle chamber, the hotend supports high-speed speeds of up to a fantastic 600 mm/s.
Precision-manufactured for greater printing success
► Precision machining, without burrs on the opening,
► Smooth inner walls to prevent clogging: the roughness of the inner holes (Ra<0.4) ensures smooth filament feeding,
► Tight fit to prevent leakage: tight connections effectively prevent filament leakage during printing.
Versatile material compatibility thanks to printing temperatures up to 300 °C
Both the nozzle and the heatbreak are made entirely of metal and designed for printing temperatures of up to 300 °C.
The all-metal construction allows for quick disassembly and easy replacement and supports versatile printing of different filaments.
