This glass-fibre reinforced PET filament combines industrial strength with everyday printability, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a tough technical filament that still prints without hassle.
High strength and heat resistance
Fiberon™ PET-GF15 is made from PET with a 15% glass fibre content, giving it high stiffness, dimensional stability and temperature resistance. With a flexural strength of 104 MPa and a heat deflection temperature of up to 133 °C (0.45 MPa, after annealing), it holds up under loads and temperatures that would cause other materials to fail.
Despite its technical properties, it can be processed without trouble on most modern FDM printers – even at print speeds of up to 250 mm/s.

Surface quality and multi-colour printing
The filament produces a fine, smooth surface with barely visible layer lines. It is available in six bold colours and works reliably with most multi-colour and multi-material printing systems.
Dimensional accuracy and low warping
Dimensional stability remains high even on larger parts: after annealing, dimensional change is below 0.5%, allowing tight tolerances for functional parts.

For professionals and ambitious hobby makers
Ideal for automotive parts, jigs, industrial components and prototypes – this material impresses with toughness and break resistance.

Note: PET-GF filament adheres strongly to textured PEI build plates. Let the plate cool before removing prints, or use a release agent to avoid damage.
