Beyond speed: 3D printing large composite parts made easy
The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series is a powerful, professional-grade machine that builds on the various
performance improvements of Raise3D's flagship Pro3 Series, improving print speed, production
efficiency and reliability. Featuring Hyper FFF® technology, it offers high-speed printing for composite
materials. The new automatic filament change feature supports 2.5kg filament rolls, allowing general
manufacturers and print farms to produce small runs efficiently and reliably, whether for end-use parts
or tooling fixtures.
The most important new Raise3D upgrades
Built-in Hyper FFF® technology
Equipped with a high-flow rate hot end and an active vibration reduction algorithm, the Raise3D Pro3 HS
series is capable of printing at standard speeds of 300 mm/s. Even with high-performance Hyper Core
materials, average speeds of 200-300 mm/s can still be achieved, taking users' 3D printing capabilities
to a new level. Compared to the existing Raise3D Pro3 series, the Pro3 HS series reduces printing time
by 30 to 70%, depending on the size of the model.
Optimization of the drive system
The newly added closed-loop stepper motor enables closed-loop control, which improves the precision of the
electronic control to achieve more precise high-speed printing without step loss. At the same time, the noise
has been reduced by 27%, optimizing the working environment. In addition, the couplings have been upgraded to a double diaphragm type, which further increases their
strength and service life. The optimized optical axis structure of the couplings ensures better sealing, thus
increasing durability and movement stability.
Automatic filament switching
The Raise3D Pro3 HS series is equipped with an automatic filament switching system that allows uninterrupted
printing when a filament spool runs out. If one print head runs out of material, the second print head can continue
printing, increasing the continuity and efficiency of the printing process while reducing the risk of print failures.
Improved build plate
The new build plate offers stronger magnetic adhesion and heats up faster, reducing waiting time and
improving printing efficiency. It is 1mm thinner and takes about 2 minutes less time to heat up to 100°C. The faster heating speed shortens the waiting time until printing begins and improves printing efficiency.
New RFID filament sensor (coming soon)
The RFID filament sensor* identifies the filament type and checks the printing parameters to ensure successful
prints and prevent the use of incorrect materials. This reduces the time spent checking print jobs and increases
the efficiency and success of the print. (*This feature will be available once the coils support RFID tagging)
2.5 kg jumbo roll storage boxes (sold separately)
To reduce frequent manual filament changes, the Pro3 HS printer's dual extruder setup can now print from
two external 2.5 kg material boxes. It can print continuously for up to 120 hours (at 1 kg /24 h). The spool box is connected to the printer via a new interface that allows the filament tube to be inserted and
ensures smooth guidance of the filament to the printer.
Hyper Core filament and new hot end included
Raise3D's newly introduced Hyper Core filaments offer a fast melt and cool rate for high-speed printing with
improved Z-direction strength and stiffness, making them ideal for demanding end-use applications. A high-flow
hot end with silicone nozzle and a roll of Hyper Core filament are included in every shipment of the Pro3 HS
printer to make composite printing more accessible.
High-speed printing with high-performance composite materials
The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series supports high-speed composite printing at 200-300 mm/s, including the
Hyper Core high-performance end-use materials, to meet users' high standards and requirements
and improve both production efficiency and product quality. Thanks to this support for high-performance
composite materials, the printed parts can be effectively used in even the most demanding end-use applications.

Higher speed and improved accuracy
The Raise3D Pro3 HS series is equipped with Hyper FFF® technology, which enables precise and reliable high-speed printing.
This technology includes a high-flow rate hot end as well as an active vibration reduction algorithm. The Pro3 HS series
achieves standard print speeds of up to 300 mm/s and uses a closed-loop stepper motor in the gear system. This improves
control of the extruder movement and ensures precise high-speed printing without step losses. The new build plate provides
uniform magnetic adhesion, reducing model deformation. An optimized clutch increases motion stability, and the robust
all-metal frame ensures smooth movement and precise positioning, resulting in high-quality print results.
