The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series is a high-performance machine in professional quality, built on the
different performance specifications of the flagship Pro3 Series of Raise3D. It ensures print speed,
production efficiency and reliability. With Hyper FFF® technology, you get high-speed printing for
bonded materials. The new automatic filament exchange function supports 2.5 kg filament rolls
and is suitable for general manufacturers and printers, small series efficient and reliable to produce,

Built-in Hyper FFF® technology
Equipped with a high flow rate and an active algorithm for vibration reduction, the Raise3D Pro3 HS
series is in the range, printing at a standard speed of 300 mm/s. Even with Hyper Core high-performance
materials, it can still achieve cutting speeds of 200-300 mm/s, which brings the 3D printing capability of
the user to a new level.
Compared to the selected Raise3D Pro3 series, the Pro3 HS series is reduced by 30 to 70% depending
on the size of the model.
Optimization of the drive system
The newly installed speed motor with closed-loop control allows a closed-loop control, which is affected
by the precision of the electronic control, to operate with a precise high-speed pressure without any speed
problems. At the same time, the equipment development was reduced by 27%, while the work environment
was optimized.
Furthermore, the couplings were reinforced with a double membrane type, which increased their endurance
and life expectancy further. The optimized optical axle structure of the couplings is designed for better sealing
and increased durability and movement stability.
Automatic filament switch
The Raise3D Pro3 HS series is equipped with an automatic filament switch, which allows for a break-free
print if a filament is stuck to the end.
If a print head of the material is removed, the second print head of the print prefix may be significantly affected,
the continuity and effectiveness of the print prefixes and the risk of print failures are increased at the same time.
Broken construction plate
The new construction plate has a stronger magnetic grip and heat is fast, the wear rate has been reduced
and the pressure efficiency has been reduced. It is 1 mm thinner and should be heated for 2 minutes or more to 100 °C.
The fast heating time reduces the waiting time to the beginning of printing and reduces the printing efficiency.
New RFID filament sensor (available in bulk)
The RFID filament sensor* identifies the filament type and tests the print parameters to prevent print errors
and prevent the use of false materials. The time frame is reduced for the examination of print output and
increases the efficiency and success of the prints.

2.5 kg large roll storage boxes (separately available)
To reduce the filament consumption manually, the dual-extruder connection of the Pro3 HS printer can now
print from two external 2.5 kg material boxes. It can be printed up to 120 hours long without any residue
(at 1 kg / 24 hours).
The Spulenbox is connected to a new cutting point with the printer, allowing the connection of the filament
hose and a reibungslose guidance of the filaments to the printer.
Hyper Core Filament and New Hot End in Delivery
The newly developed Hyper Core Filament from Raise3D offers a fast melting and cooling rate for high-speed
printing with a reduced strength and stability in Z-Ring, making it ideal for demanding end-to-end applications.
A heat-resistant material with high flow rate and silicone coating and a roll of Hyper Core filament are included
in the delivery of the Pro3 HS printer, making it easy to print from the raw materials.
