This pellet 3D printer is built for industrial-scale production, offering a build volume of 1,000 × 1,000 × 1,000 mm. That means large parts, prototypes and tooling can be printed in a single piece, without the need for gluing or joining sections together.
At its core is the DYZE Design Pulsar pellet print head, delivering a flow rate of up to 500 mm³/s and a material output of up to 3 kg per hour. For finer detail work, the printer can switch to the Modix Griffin Ultra filament print head, which uses 1.75 mm filament through a 1.6 mm nozzle. A 3 mm nozzle comes fitted as standard, with 1 mm and 5 mm nozzles available as options.
Broad material range
- PLA, ABS, TPE, TPU, PVA, HIPS
- PC, PETG, Nylon
- Composite materials and recycled polymers
This wide material compatibility makes the printer a flexible tool for both prototyping and small-batch production.
An enclosure keeps printing conditions stable, while closed-loop Nema23 motors drive precise, reliable motion. Everything is managed by a powerful Duet 6HC controller. Built-in sensors detect pellet shortages and extrusion clogs early, helping to reduce downtime during long print runs.
The printer arrives fully assembled and tested, ready to start working as soon as it's set up. A dual-head (IDEX) setup is available as an add-on. Overall printer dimensions are 2.1 x 1.53 x 2.35 meters.
