Description

PETG filament from Polymaker™ is engineered for high-speed printing, strong parts and a high-quality surface finish. Its new high-flow formula enables clean, accurate extrusion at speeds up to 300 mm/s, or over 500 mm/s with high-flow nozzles.

Strong, smooth and dependable

The material provides excellent layer adhesion, durability and consistent surface quality. The optimized formula supports low warping and a clog-free printing experience, even during long print jobs.

Printed parts are strong, dimensionally stable and ready for a professional appearance straight off the build plate. Polymaker PETG balances toughness, flexibility and visual quality for demanding functional prints.

For prototypes and end-use parts

Use it for gears, brackets, fixtures, outdoor tools, sports accessories and cosplay props. Its chemical resistance and temperature tolerance of approximately 70 °C HDT make it suitable for functional indoor and outdoor applications.

Easy to print on most setups

Polymaker™ PETG is compatible with most FDM printers and prints smoothly without an enclosure. It also works with AMS and multi-material systems for reliable filament feeding and convenient colour changes.

Storage warning: Polymaker PETG is very hygroscopic. Keep the filament dry to prevent excessive stringing during printing.

PolyLite PETG will be discontinued and replaced by Polymaker PETG, its faster, stronger and easier-to-print successor. TDS and SDS documents for PolyLite PETG are provided in the relevant product information.
